It’s okay to have bad days. It’s okay to fall into a mood. It’s totally okay to feel things and be Human; what is not okay is to let those moods and bad days become one’s personality and life.

Social distancing and prolonged isolation because of Covid-19 is not easy on anyone, even introverts.

People are social creatures by nature. Even introverts need to be around people sometimes. Humans need each-other. It warms my heart to see so many people being extra kind lately because of CoronaVirus. In Seattle, a city known for its many introverts and subsequent #SeattleFreeze, people are now actually looking up, making eye-contact, waving, and starting conversations. It’s beautiful, very heartwarming, and helpful during these uncertain times. What’s more, people are actually taking it upon themselves to get out to clean the streets and parks.

Driving around, I see many Humans of all ages with garbage bags and trash pickers cleaning up the Emerald City. And the kindness doesn’t stop there, signs are being posted in various apartment buildings offering residents assistance. If they are not able to fend for themselves during these uncertain times, people are offering to help.

CoronaVirus may be stressful, but it’s bringing out the best in others.

More and more people are looking to the bright-side. More and more people are reaching out to others; friends, family, strangers. More and more Humans are stepping up to help. This was much needed in our world.

When one Human hurts, everyone feels it, whether or not they are conscious of it, because we are all connected. That is why the extremely rich are so unfulfilled. How many world-wide pandemics will it take for them to learn: money is not everything. Too much money leaves a gaping hole. The Soul is only fulfilled in service of others. Try it, and see how much better you sleep at night. It’s time for Humans to learn.

Let CoronaVirus teach you.

Learn to be kind(er) to others. Learn to be of service to peoplekind. When we take, take, take without giving, we get out of balance, and our Soul gets disturbed. What does a Harmonious Soul feel like? Give, and find out. Give, and find rest. Give, and feel Harmony within. It’s your true nature, that’s why your Soul yearns to do it. But your mind and pockets may say otherwise. But the Culture we were living in didn’t fully allow it. But the world we are creating is in your hands. It is in the hands of each of us that are currently Present in this existence.

May Covid-19 be the last lesson Humans need.

May you, reading this, find restful slumber tonight. May you, reading this, find Soul fulfillment in your Life. May you, reading this, maintain Inner Peace and Harmony. And may you Thrive, regardless of uncertainty, regardless of Covid-19.

mental health is a commitment to reality

Life. Is. Incredible. Here we are, spinning in deep space. Out of BILLIONS of galaxies  and planets, here, we exist. Look at all that Humans have created thus far; cars, planes, the Internet. We’ve managed to prolong Life, no longer are people dying at 40, 60, or even 80. We’ve added decades to the Human Life capacity. We’ve trailed forward not giving a f@%* about what we trample along the way. We think that we are invincible. We think that life is forever. But we are mere mortals; mortals whom are meant to die. And that is a good thing.

Death, allows us to perceive Life with an attitude of Gratitude. Every little breath one takes is precious. Every little step forward is counted. Every little action and interaction counts. If we don’t forget about Death, we don’t forget about Life.

Covid-19 is giving us a chance to remember.

Death is part of Living. Death is but a natural part of Nature, just look at all of the bare trees that we have up here in the Northern Hemisphere. Their leaves have died. Why?

Because they are ready to embrace the new Spring growth. Winter was coming, it came, and it’s given us a huge opportunity to sit quietly and reflect. Reflection is a much needed process for growth. Quiet time to recuperate and revitalized is essential for Human evolution.

Find out what you truly want for this Life. Isn’t miraculous that you exist in this time period. We have the whole-wide-world at our fingertips! We have the best scientist working to fix this. We have the best minds shining their light on others. We have the best intentions for each-other. We are ALL the best. Yes, YOU, reading this. You’re a freaking WINNER. Yes, YOU! You already won the lottery, you beat an innumerable amount of sperm just to be born in this Life. While being Alive, you’ve already beat many obstacles along the way, you got up on two legs, you beat gravity and started walking. Or, if you’re stuck to a chair, heck, you can sit upright, and that chair makes it possible for you to move from point A to point B.

Let Covid-19 help you embrace the bright side.


There are an innumerable amount of opportunities available to humankind  right now. Yes, it takes effort to look, but you gotta look. Look closely at all that you’ve been given. Be grateful for all that is miraculous, and that includes your own existence; currently, in this time, the best time to be Alive yet!

Life after CoronaVirus

Your good fortune is my good fortune

The week is over, everything was different, yet you’ve remained the same.

Filled with ease, Inner Peace, and Harmony. The new CoronaVirus news did not disturb you, for you are well aware, things happen for a reason.

Name one person that was satisfied with the status quo, with the way things have been.

Name one culture that wasn’t hurting in some way.

Name one act that can make us strong

destruction.

Destruction of the old paradigm is bringing out the best in others. Destruction of the old paradigm is uniting all humanity. Destruction of the old paradigm is releasing the Human Ego.

The story that humanity had been caught up in wasn’t serving all the good that we are capable of displaying, producing, manifesting as a species.

Name one person that wasn’t feeling the void before this Covid-19 thing. The need for something more. Could it be a real connection to all? Could it be purposeful living? Could it be respect for Mother Nature and Father God; or if you don’t believe in that, respect for Creation…

Destruction deserves respect too. Destruction brings forth new possibilities. Destruction produces new ways of thinking, acting, feeling.

What do you feel about your life right now?

What is in the process of Destruction?

What is trying to Live and be born?

Are you willing to go back to the old ways before CoronaVirus, or are you ready to embrace the new way of living? What’s does this period of isolation mean for you?

Find the courage to stay strong throughout this Covid-19 thing. You do not get permission to run and hide—because there’s no going back from all of this. Thanks to CoronaVirus the world is shifting, in mega proportions, unlike anything we’ve ever seen before.

FLASHBACK Friday: Virus Motivation: flatten the negativity curve

I cried so much last night. It’s not easy being strong. On a normal day, I’m battling people’s negative comments left and right. Sorry for the cliche, but it’s true, so many people complain. So many people live in Fear and Doubt. So many people dwell on Anxiety and Bitching about trivial bullshit. On a normal day, I would have censored the profanity, but let’s face it, there is nothing normal about today.

For the past few weeks, we’ve been living in some sort of twilight world, filled with so much uncertainty, lots of people are Fear mongering.

Humans are dying! HUMANS ARE DYING!!!

News flash: people die everyday. Humans are mortal, they are not meant to live forever. Why do we want to live for longer? Why do we want to prolong Pain and Suffering?

It would be different if we were the type of Humans that really knew how to Thrive. No, that still doesn’t mean live forever. Thriving means, truly living. Whether we live thirty, fifty, seventy, a hundred, or a hundred and twenty years if we are complaining about every little thing, not enough money, unhappiness with a job, that thing that one person did to us way back when, the line at the grocery store, that outfit, spouse, teacher, friend, relative, clerk at the gas stations, the gas station, how it’s too hot out, or fucking cold, or damn it’s rainy, again…if we are bitching at every turn, then we are not truly living.

But it’s easy to bitch and moan. It’s not easy to look at the bright side. It’s not easy finding the silver lining. It’s not easy to live in a world that doesn’t appreciate its own existence.

It is a miracle that human-beings even exist!

But people forget. They bitch and moan at every turn yet, for some reason, wanna keep on living. They wanna have long lives and live to be really old, but why? Old people complain about being old. They complain about this and all that that comes along with aging, when it’s a miracle that they even made it past a certain age. It’s a miracle they still have Life! But why live a life you’re just gunna bitch about?

….man, I ain’t got no money to do all the things I wanna do. Man, my leg hurts. Man, I’m tired. Man, that music is too loud. Man, that traffic is too much. Uh…like, wut in the googly fak? First off, wow, you have a car, that’s a blessing. Period. Not only that but wow, a car, a miraculous machine that can get you from point A to point B quickly, even with traffic—it’s a faking miracle! The result of human ingenuity. The clear evidence that when we put our minds right, we can accomplish great things. All we have to do is focus.

Have you realized that you get everything you focus on?

Focus on pain = more pain.

Focus on stress = more stress.

Focus on problems = more problems.

Our attention spans have limited capacities, while we are focusing on Lack and Fear, the Bright Side gets dimmed. While we are focusing on Stress and Doubt, guess what we are growing? You got it! Nurturing Stress and Doubt makes those little fuckers grow fast in the garden of your Soul. And those little shits are like weeds, they grow uncontrollably if you don’t proactively, and consistently put a STOP to it.

What are you stopping in your life now?

When you focus on Sickness, you stop Health. When you focus on Uncertainty, you stop Faith. When you Doubt, you stop your Inner Peace.

What do you wanna GROW?

Do me a favor, take out a pen and paper. Got it? Okay, with that pen on that paper, write down the top FIVE things you wanna grow in your life right now. Done? Okay. Take that paper and stick it on your forehead. I am almost not kidding, it takes so much consistent effort to shine the light on the things that you actually wanna nurture, there are so many distractions everywhere, if we are not vigilant about nurturing our Inner Peace garden, shit. gets. trampled.

I am vigilant in maintaining my Inner Peace and Harmony amidst the chaos.

I am vigilant in maintaining my Tranquility. Stress brings sickness, Google it. Bing it. Duck Duck Go-ose it. Don’t take my word for it, research it now, truly learn this, and be vigilant in maintaining your own Inner Peace and Harmony. Flatten the faking negativity curve.

It’s the only way to Thrive.

how covid-19 can help you live in the NOW

There is no big prize at the end so enjoy every moment treasure your present

If the world ends tomorrow, or let’s not go that far, if this virus severely changes things, what are you grateful for about the past? What do you appreciate that you got to accomplish, thus far, in your life?? What do you appreciate about all of your experiences? And what will you miss?

Is there anything you’ve taken for granted?

Irregardless, now is the time to be Thankful. Amidst Uncertainty and Chaos, now is the time to feel at ease. Amidst Doubt, Fear, and Pain, now is the time to be Brave. Amidst the world collapsing, now is the time to be Grateful. If you’re reading this, chances are, you are very healthy. If you’re ready this, chances are—whether you know it or not—in one way or another, you’ve been preparing for this. If you’re reading this, chances are, you are still OK, perhaps more than okay. And that is all just great. You deserve to be Healthy and Thankful. You deserve to feel Joy and Happiness, even amidst Uncertainty and Death. Death is but a part of Life. Thanks to Death we get to determine what it is that we are grateful for.

What are you grateful for?

Everything? All that you’ve been through? All that you’ve done? All that you’ve faced? All that you’ve been? All of it has been leading you up to this. This perfect moment, you have Life, you have Breath, You Exist. And you have wi-fi… I mean, what else is there? Joking aside, isn’t just incredible how even amidst isolation, how connected we all are? The whole world is going through the same thing. Sure, some people are struggling, but do they really need to be? Are they focusing on, and fearing, an uncertain future? Are they focusing on, and fearing, Sickness, Suffering, and Pain? But why?

We get what we focus on.

Focus on cooking, you get a meal. Focus on walking, you get to point B, or C, or D. Focus on working, you get work done. The rest falls away, it becomes background noise, and the world keeps on turning. Will you experiences the next Sunrise? Will you appreciate the Sun, Snow, and Rain? Will you focus on the Beautiful little things, instead of all the mega Suffering and Pain. What do you choose to shine your spotlight on? What do you choose to give your attention? What do you choose to participate in? What do you choose to prolong? What will you take from all of this? Will you embrace your new tomorrow? Will you truly be Grateful for the Life you’ve chosen?

If there’s anything you need to improve on, now is the time to step forward. During this isolation period, build up to where you want to be. Build up your foundation of Gratitude. Find the why for your existence. And be Grateful for what you have TODAY.

uncertainty: is it the end of the world?

Reinforce which storyline

Things are gonna get far worse before they get better. I don’t like it when people say that, but in Western society, it’s true. We’ve been so “comfortable” in our own existence, we don’t share the same struggles as the rest of the world.

We have Hollywood.

And that’s how we lead our daily lives, by mimicking the things we see on the screen. Oh, those Kardashians sure look successful, I want everything they have: that ass, those shoes, that drama. So then we lead our lives trying to do what the images that we glorify on the screen are doing. Tell me that’s not true. Tell me you are your own person, and master of your sail-ship. Tell me that you create you own life based on your own set of values and beliefs. Tell me what those are. What do you value? What do you truly believe in?

When you are constantly doing something, whether or not you know it, you value it because you are constantly doing it. You may say that you don’t like working at your job, and that may be true, but something is keeping you there—could it be the value you place on complaining?

It’s not your fault.

Truly, at this point, it’s no one’s fault. We’ve just been stuck on the carousel, turning and turning, thinking that this is how to ride the ride. Why? Because, Hollywood. That’s why. As children we don’t only learn from our parents, teachers, or the people that we meet. Our notions get developed by the things that we see, by everything we are exposed to. That includes the shows on TV. Now there’s YouTube, and Netflix, HBO Go, and Apple TV. Are these Home-sapien education providers providing adequate lessons? Why haven’t they taken more responsibility over the world they are creating? Have they realized how they are influencing our world?

How are they influencing our world?

That’s a question for you to determine based on what you watch. When my brother was little, after watching a film, he would get what my family deemed, movie-syndrome. This would make him jump around, kicking and punching into the air, mimicking his favorite movie hero, Jackie Chan. But real action figures aren’t the only thing that gets etched into our subconscious. I am sure that there were many other things that my bother saw on the screen that affected the way he behaved towards us, as there were many things that I was exposed to that affected me personality-wise.

I drew certain values from television, certain beliefs stuck with me. Some of them, were not good. For example, the unquestionable pressure that I placed on men based on all the chick flicks I watched, especially as a teen, led me to many hardships in my young adult relationships. But that is not the only thing that I learned from the media, subsequently I learned that my life needed more drama in order for it to be interesting.

Drama does not allow us to be fully invested in the little things.

The little things are what actually accumulate to truly make life worthwhile. For example, the sip of a hot cup of tea on a cold rainy morning. The dew on the trees glistening throughout the bare branches. The feel on my own hair between my fingers. The warmth and comfort found inside my apartment. A walk around my neighborhood. Petting my cat. A smile from a good friend…these are the things that build up my daily existence, none of it is superfluous or drama filled. All of it is the essence of real life.

But the media tells us otherwise.

That is why it often takes drastic measure for Homo-sapiens to learn. So now, faced on the brink of possible extinction, what are you facing to learn? Will your life still be based on drama after this, or will you learn and make things better? What is better? Could it be a greater collaboration with Nature? Could it be real respect towards Life and each-other? Could it be Inner Peace and Harmony?

Now is the time to ponder and make arrangements. Now is the time to set ourselves up for the brighter future we’ve all been craving. Let’s be honest many of us in Western society haven’t been satisfied, our void hasn’t been getting filled, we haven’t truly been working together, we’ve haven’t truly been respecting Nature, we’ve been lost in Hollywood beliefs, drama-filled stories that are meant to fill seats. But Life is not a movie theater, it is so much more, it’s better than VR—do you see this? Do you appreciate this? Are you grateful to be alive? Amidst uncertainty the only thing you can control is the focus of your thoughts; focus on the drama, get more drama. Is that what you truly want?

May this and everyday for you be filled with blessings of the real kind. May your heart and tummy feel content. May your Soul keep you warm.
