chapter 16—taking a break from CoronaVirus

It’s Tuesday. April 14, 2020.

I’ve discovered that one of the voices inside my head, from time to time, tends to ask: now, what was that thing we were worrying about ?

Then the rest of Me tries to answer/used to answer and inevitably go back to those feelings of worry, stress, anxiety.

What if that voice inside my head, the one that requests to make prominent the worries, stressors, and anxieties in this life, is NOT the voice that I should be constantly listening to?

What if that voice is just an un-evolved part of me?

What if that voice had a name…

If I could name that Voice, could I consistently ask it, calmly, to relax and just enjoy the ride?

If I could name that Voice would it listen to Me overall?

That Voice wants to consistently remind me of all that I’ve done wrong, of all of the things that I could be doing better, of all of the bad things that are going on in my life, of everything that is not going “right”?

Isn’t just BEING ALIVE being right?

If there was no purpose to my existence I wouldn’t be here. At the same time, if that Voice was purposeless it wouldn’t exist…so how do we balance it?

There is no need for that Voice to be the dominant Voice in anyone’s head.

There is no need to focus on Destruction when Creation is underway.

Yes, the leaves fall every Fall, but there’s no need to dwell, for Spring is just on the horizon. So, through the Winter, we can focus on something else.

We can focus on time to rest, time to heal, time to appreciate Winter things; no need to mourn the loss of Summer and Fall.

The new growth is on the way.

So what are you focusing on growing in your mental garden, all the weeds, or all the beautiful things?

Take the time to tend to your Nature, nurture what you want to see thrive, and cultivate all of your best efforts.

Now is the time to try.

We are very happy for you.

Thank you for being who you are, through up and downs you’ve grown and grown. We see you rising, we see your effort, we know you’ll get there because you already are.

May this, and every day, for the rest of your Human Life, be filled with countless blessings. May this, and every day, for the rest of your Human Life, be filled with endless joys. chapter 15—TOGETHER we will RISE amidst Covid-19 turmoil

It’s Saturday. April 11, 2020.

They paved Planet Earth and put up lots of parking lots…we’ve been listening to lots of uplifting music, and we haven’t been watching the News. Our spirits are high, on the most natural high. No recreational materials needed to get us UP here, just a lot of uplifting music, chats, meditation, speakers, writings, readings, the list goes on.

We are ingesting and creating as much uplifting content as possible, while still remaining real.

Amidst Coronavirus, what is real?

Real is now. Real is this moment. Real are the things that you can see, hear, smell, taste, touch. As we shared in one of our prior Covid-19 posts, real is what your five-senses can perceive right now.

Real is not feeling bad for others negatively affected by the coronavirus situation. Real is not taking it upon yourself to feel others hurt, and hurt your-Self. Real is doing something about this whole worldwide pandemic thing. What have you been doing to help us all out?

Us includes you. The better that you are—mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally—the more useful you can be to humankind. The more loving, respectful, and grateful you can be towards your friends and family, clients and strangers.

It’s not virtuous to feel bad for others, that doesn’t make you a better human; it only makes you egotistical. It puts you above all else. We are all the same. We are all one. When other’s hurt, we feel it too, but feeling bad for them is not the answer—that’s just promoting more hurt in our world. Instead, how can you lift them UP?

Amidst covid-19, how can you lift yourself UP?

We’ve been listening to good music, sending inspiring texts, reaching out with positive talks, guiding meditations and practicing ourselves, as well as doing Yoga. Also, watching inspirational speakers (like Steven Furnik, from yesterdays post), writing a lot, reading some more, reaching out to all whom have impacted our lives in many ways, and even those whom we’ve just crossed paths with occasionally—everyone we know deserves to be happy, healthy, grateful, loved, and fulfilled amidst uncertainty.

Our whole human lives are based on uncertainty. So let’s not let coronavirus let us forget that. Let’s not let covid-19 make us think that humans dying is the worst thing possible—humans die everyday, and before Coronavirus they were actually dying for worse f@&ed up things, like wars over land, religion, and oil. But nobody was stopping the world then because we thought we had control, but we’ve never had control.

Only God, the Universe, Source, Allah, Creation have had the power, and they are showing us now. They are urging us to reprioritize Human Life, our existence, and how we affect this world, our home: Planet Earth.

We are all together in this Covid-19 thing.

Together, let’s RISE.

Let’s nurture a thriving world. Share this message with your community.

Flashback Friday: how can this covid-19 prolonged isolation be useful?

what can time spent fearing something be better used for

It’s Friday. April 10, 2020.

In the West, the Pacific Northwest to be exact, people are being forced to stay home until about May 4, or 5, or TBD. This is a time of extreme isolation. Truthfully, for me, it’s been too long already…it’s getting to the point where getting forced to stay home totally sucks; however, maybe, if the constant noise pollution from the construction across my street diminished, I’d feel rather different.

And, also, there’s the part where some of me must have manifested it somehow…in someway. Or, it’s happening for a reason, some greater good. I hope that one of those is the reason, and at the same time, I know that bits of everything is. There is so much to the truth; like, there is so much to this Covid-19 worldwide pandemic. 

Simply, Coronavirus is giving us a forced reset

There are things one cannot do while being home all day, yet there’s so much one can get done. There is so much that we all need to get done (as a species); the world sped up, way too fast, then about twenty years later, not many of us took the time to look around—to notice and observe what changed. 

Covid-19 is forcing us to do it. 

Has the internet and social media enhanced our lives? Be truthful. For me, it’s the former—the latter was, at times, quite painful, but the internet (overall) has been a ball. A gift that keeps on giving. Like, isn’t so wonderful how connected we all are despite being worlds away. Because of the magic of the Internet we are not alone when everyone is so alone. All of us are caught in uncertainty. None of us know what the outcomes holds. None of us know where this is all going. Yet, all of us have a part in the making of it. 

Where we go after Coronavirus is up to all of us. 

Wherever we focus on the road that we are taking is where we end up. Simple mechanics and explanation of the framework of the mind. You are the captain of your ship, you tell the mind where to go. Let the News co-captain, and have the News co-direct where you are going. Or, take the reigns to your own vessel, yourself. This is where we want to go: to a better future for all. Yes, that includes plants, and animals, and elements.

Planet Earth, we will take care of you, again, and all of your inhabitants. We will be vigilant in our cooperation with you Planet Earth, and each-other, thus no other pandemic will ever fall upon us. 

Doesn’t that sound f@#%ing wonderful. And, isn’t ever so possible? We have the technology for everyone, let’s not kid ourselves: capitalism is dead. The way the wheels were turning wasn’t working. A new form is evolving. 

Train your mind to see it. Refocus your mind to see the good in change. Let the humankind tribe THRIVE.

Let the coronavirus pandemic fulfill Souls.

Humankind needed this time to relax, to process how quickly everything got over the last twenty years—do you remember how slow the nineties were? Oh, that painful dial-up rhythm (it’s so loud in the back of my mind), it’s so prevalent because the nineties was less than a generation ago. It wasn’t that long ago when the world sped up. Minds collided, everything got smaller, yet most People didn’t take the time to see it. Now is the time for self-exploration. 

Where do you want to go? That’s where our world will go. What is it that you are currently focusing on, and feeling with certainty? That’s where you are steering your ship. Overall, remember that nothing is certain but the PRESENT.

So, what is real for you right now? Focus on that, and focus on being f@#%ing grateful. 

Finally, let’s get creative about where we are going after the coronavirus pandemic—let’s get someplace great.

chapter 14—What did you label your CoronaVirus experience?

It’s Thursday. April 9, 2020.

Thank you so much for being here. Thank you for sharing another lovely day with me. Thank you for being PRESENT amidst the chaos.

Thank you for choosing to see the goodness Coronavirus has brought in our world.

While you become aware that Life is fragile, it’s so important to refocus your attention to all of the wonderful things Life has to offer. 

If it gets hard to remember, there are mindfulness tools you can use to refocus your streaming thought-patterns [and we definitely recommend checking out 7daysPRESENT]. For now…

Here are a few “how-to be mindful” tricks:

Whenever Life brings you less than “enjoyable” things, whenever you CATCH your Self stuck on a though, feeling, or overall BAD idea that’s NOT making you FEEL GOOD, It’s up to YOU to STOP. Take a breath, and have a chat with yourself.

Break the negative Inner Narrative that CoronaVirus may be creating.

Ask yourself some basic questions:

WHO are you right now?
WHAT is truly going on at this moment?
WHERE are you physically?

WHEN are you mentally?
WHY are you there?
HOW can you refocus you attention on the Present moment?

Pick apart the unhelpful narrative going on inside your head. Defragment the story, then pick up the pieces that you actually WANT to keep.

What do you really want to give your energy to amidst Covid-19?

Don’t you want to nourish your Self and grow? You have to give your Energy to THAT.  All that makes you grow.

Refocusing attention is what it takes to THRIVE.

You each have a gorgeous garden growing inside of you, use your 5-senses to tend to your garden after a rough rainfall; i.e. a rush of bad news. Observe with your FIVE SENSE, then determine, what is real?

After a mega wind-storm; i.e. extreme feelings of Lack. Observe with your FIVE SENSE: what is REAL?

It’s Never Lack, you are never really lacking anything—everything you truly need is always within your reach.

You just need to tend to your mental-garden: refocus on your truest SELF.

Your truest Self is not the one experiencing the Fear, Doubt, and Lack. Your truest Self has everything You need within you already. No fear. No doubt. No lack.

So THANK YOUR Self, for allllllll that you already have. Your Higher Self does so much that your Human Mind/Body/Ego take for granted.

So take the time to really appreciate your Self, especially now, amidst CoronaVirus. 

Start small, build big.
