Because 1972 was a long time ago, it’s 2019 now; we don’t need to struggle to survive anymore.

So…what’s next, how do we thrive?

Perhaps emotions are key in the next step of human evolution. Perhaps mindfulness and breath awareness are tools we must use to help propel the energy of our thoughts to create more efficient motion with our feelings..

Sometimes…

Sometimes I am afraid of what my own mind tells me. Sometimes I am something far from my own best friend. I don’t know why I dislike myself, so much, sometimes. Sometimes I’m so uncomfortable with my own body. Sometimes it’s with my surroundings, my home, my city, the people. But it’s all just in my head! So I really don’t have to believe it—it’s bad imagination at its finest. So why give it so much power sometimes? How can I better use my Energy instead of stressing and fearing… What wonderful possibilities will I allow to happen today? Can I truly believe it? Heaven on Earth is possible.

That fact is so clear on the good days. Thank you for the good days (I really appreciate those, all the time). How can I best power-through the other times? Maybe sometimes I just need a reminder, that sometimes are not forever, and truly any time doesn’t last for more than just a little while — even if that time feels like years, or is years— in the grand scheme of things all the good times overwrite the sometimes life isn’t perfect… can you see it? Do you believe it? Can you feel it?

Thank you, for I have everything I need.

Thank you Universe, I am so thankful.

Thank you, you give me more than I can dream.

I can breathe easy. I am relaxed. I no longer struggle or commit self-harm, I just do me. I let the ideas inside my head (heart) flow and manifest. The head is different from the heart. My heart is at ease. I am what I am. I can just be. I can just watch, just observe, just see. I feel it in my heart, I feel it in my bones; all is happening in accordance to the ultimate Divine Plan. Thank you Universe.
