Positive Affirmation for Health

I am healthy.

I am fit.

I am comfortable with my body.

I am in sync with the rhythm of my heart.

I am in-tune with my heartbeat.

I am relaxed.

I am harmonious.

I do not let stress take over me.

I do not let fear take the wheel.

I am in control of the thoughts that flow through my body.

I do not hold on to any starved emotions.

I nourish my mind and body with good thoughts.

I let go of the past; my body does not hold onto any pain.

I feed healthy feelings. 

I crave healthy things.

Complete fitness is a part of my daily life.

I listen to my body and give it what it wants.

I feel my toes, stomach, legs, and brain; the pulse beating through my veins.

I am grateful for the body I have.

I am thankful for the harmony this vehicle holds with my spirit.

My mind, body, and spirit harmoniously co-exist.

My human existence is blessed. 

I lead a fit life.

I am completely healthy.

I am well.

I give thanks for my vigor everyday.

I am full of strength.

I am courageous.

I am self-kind.

I am self-perceiving.

I hold myself in high regard.
