I let go of the past; my body does not hold onto any pain.
I feed healthy feelings.
I crave healthy things.
Complete fitness is a part of my daily life.
I listen to my body and give it what it wants.
I feel my toes, stomach, legs, and brain; the pulse beating through my veins.
I am grateful for the body I have.
I am thankful for the harmony this vehicle holds with my spirit.
My mind, body, and spirit harmoniously co-exist.
My human existence is blessed.
I lead a fit life.

I give thanks for my vigor everyday.
