chapter 13—a tip for GETTING OUT of YOUR OWN WAY amidst Covid-19

Today is just one of those days that I feel really grateful nothing particularly awesome or incredible happened today, but I just feel really blessed and thankful - deydreaming - mindfulness - cloud thoughts - daydreaming - uplifting cloudThoughts - inspirational and motivational blog - with a hint of meditation

It’s Wednesday. April 8, 2020.

I used to be one of those people. I used to get in my own way—a lot. But, like, how it’s not really their fault, it wasn’t technically my fault either. I say technically because, once I became aware of how I was soft-wired, I didn’t immediately do something about it.

I thought it was beyond my power, and maybe it was. I had to do a lot of releasing and a lot of reconnecting with Creation. I got to do a lot of work with All-That-Is to get me past the point of complacency and into adaptation. Into evolution. Into thriving.

We are far past just surviving, see it now; our world is SHIFTING.

Because of coronavirus, all of us are caught up in uncertainty, so we are forced to allow things to just happen.

Covid-19 is teaching us to allow THRIVING.

We are able to embrace tremulous times and inner weather by just letting go and allowing things to happen in our world. Because truly, we were never really in control—at least, not of the world around us. But we’ve always had agency over what we choose to give power to inside of our own heads. This pandemic time is helping us learn that. We can learn from many things during this coronavirus; including learn to learn from our closest ancestors: animals.

Learn from the animals; they just let go.

I don’t know where we are going, there is no roadmap to get to where is next. Our lives are our own journey, yet we still share it with others.

What do we each bring to each of our own communities? How do we contribute?

If there’s a chance that we may leave the world way better than we found it, let’s try that. Let’s go for that. Let’s embrace and experience that. Love and enjoy the life we have here on this day, in this Time, on this planet; our home: Earth.

Where do we go next? It’s time to embrace it, TODAY. We never really know about tomorrow.

Appreciate everything.

Every little effort needs to be appreciated. It’s how the biggest buildings start, with the small things, with preparation, and foundation. Even babies don’t learn how-to walk overnight; whether or not they craw first, there’s always a bunch of trial and error in between. And this happens throughout life; the Initial Learner inside of us is always a baby. For every new thing a human starts doing let’s show it the compassion we give to babies when they begin to try something new. Let them fail a bunch of times, and see it as growth. Always remember that that gentle Initial Learner is always with us; however we treat our inner baby that’s how the rest of our Being will respond.

Humans are finicky Beings.

SO let’s all practice walking in Inner Harmony. Let’s all consistently refocus our thoughts. Let’s have compassion towards our many Selfs inside of us throughout every stage of the process. Practice an abundance of Self-compassion, see how you start giving it to others. See how our world changes, for the better with Self-acceptance.

Remember to accept the ideas that your Spirit puts in you— accept the expansive feeling of Agape Love and Respect and Care for yourself and others.

All of the wonderful possibilities are within you. Can you embrace this?

Let’s all TRY.

Begin with the words that you choose to say. Tape your mouth-shut if you have to; do it for whole week and listen to the words that want to come out—do you even really need to say them? Especially the negative stuff…do you really need to say that $#!+. Or do you just revert to it, but why?

Use your better Imagination. Practice in the spur of the moment, practice with your Self throughout the day. This will help you overcome the negative talk patterns that you may, or may not, continuously regress to.

All we have to do is try. Try. Try. Try. Try.

Let’s nurture a thriving world. Share this message with your community.

It’s Tuesday. April 7, 2020.

Another day in the life of a CoronaVirus curve-of-negativity survivor.

The coronavirus has killed less people than drunk-driving. The coronavirus has physically hurt less people than domestic violence abuse. The coronavirus has proliferated in the minds of humans more than cancer and the flu—both violent and frequent killers. But that’s not on the NEWS.

Instead, there’s all these stories about people suffering. Man, that sucks; that family is going through some $#!+. Darn, those people lost everything. Gosh, the world is really being affected, things are sure down-whirl spiraling—or, are they?

Could they be down-whirl spiraling because people keep fueling the fire of Fear? Everyday is uncertain. Everyday could be our last. Yet, some people seem to forget, and coronavirus is actually helping us all remember: WE. ARE. MORTAL.

Humans are meant to die. Humans are meant to live in uncertainty; unless, we realized the one thing that is certain:

we are all in this together.

So, when one person suffers, we feel it in the whole. Way up in the highest frequency, where we are all connected. That’s why, people who seemingly have everything feel so empty inside. Having things is not fulfilling.

What is fulfilling?

Since stuff doesn’t fill the gapping hole in our Soul, what does?

  1. walks in Nature.
  2. basking in the visual beauty and smells of flowers.
  3. watching the ripples of the water flow.
  4. observing the clouds move, and the sun glow.
  5. awaiting the twinkling of new stars to pop-out at night.
  6. noticing the transformation of the moon over time.
  7. witnessing the flight of birds; they’re so playful and strong.
  8. playing with a toddler, the truest essence of us all.
  9. brightening up someones day.
  10. giving an orange to an Urban Camper.
  11. listening to non-lyrical music, or listing to music with uplifting lyrics.
  12. pets—of all kind.
  13. sharing smiles and gentle nods with strangers
  14. sharing uplifting blog posts and video with friends and family members
  15. sharing good things with everyone we know: for we are all in this together.

So let’s shine a light on that!

The World wants things to change; during and after Coronavirus.

So what is going to change? Unless the change happens within you, not much is going to happen. Maybe you’ll stay the same, maybe the negativity will cause you to inevitably down-whirl spiral. Or perhaps, you will learn.

You will learn how to be grateful for everything.

You will learn how to see all of the beautiful things in life—over the ugly ones.

You will learn to give your power (attention and focus) to the better part of life.

Giving your Energy to focus on $#!++y things only fuels MORE of those $#!++y things. So actively learn to switch your focus. Guide your light to what you truly want to shine. Else, you’ll waste your Energy on all the $#!++y things you didn’t even want to begin with.

SO what do you want in this Life?
  • walks in Nature.
  • basking in the visual beauty and smells of flowers.
  • watching the ripples of the water flow.
  • observing the clouds move, and the sun glow.
  • awaiting the twinkling of new stars to pop-out at night.
  • noticing the transformation of the moon over time.
  • witnessing the flight of birds; they’re so playful and strong.
  • playing with a toddler, the truest essence of us all.
  • brightening up someones day.
  • giving an orange to an Urban Camper.
  • listening to non-lyrical music, or listing to music with uplifting lyrics.
  • pets—of all kind.
  • sharing smiles and gentle nods with strangers
  • sharing uplifting blog posts and videos with friends and family members
  • sharing good things with everyone we know: for we are all in this together.

Let’s shine a light on that! Again and again refocus let’s refocus our attention to where we want Life to go—what’s on your list?

Write it down and focus on it. With all of your attention and intention. For accountability, you may share it here also.

Let’s nurture a thriving world. Share this message with your community.

chapter 11—how covid-19 affected CloudThoughts

Inner Cheerleader -deydreaming - cloudthought -daydreaming - cloud thought -inspirational motivational mindful daily message

It’s Monday. April 6, 2020.

We’re finding ways to relax amidst covid-19.

We all need to relax amidst this coronavirus world-wide pandemic. We all need to resonate at a thriving frequency, so we all need to stop focusing on survival. Stop watching the News.

There is no need to focus and waste our precious mental energy on what we cannot see: the truth is that coronavirus is way more prevalent in the news because of ratings. So many people feel the needed to stay “informed” about coronavirus, myself included, that News rating went up; the machine was fueled.

Now it’s so prevalent, so I still check the News. But doing so only shreds my positive frequency.

I care so much for others. I want everyone to be okay. Since you’re reading this, chances are, you probably want the same thing: for people to get better. For our world to get better.

A quick and simple way to launch us to better, is finding ways to relax amidst this coronavirus pandemic forced isolation period.

So, each time you realize that you’ve lost consciousness of the PRESENT moment, each time you catch yourself ruminating in what the possible future holds, practice breathing.

Just take seven breaths.

Just observe these breath.

…easily observe as your nasal airways expand. See how they effortlessly allow air in. See how they effortlessly draw the breath into your lungs (effortlessly expanding them to their fullest vertical capacity). Notice this.

Then feel as the breath easily travels into your nose, behind your throat, past your heart, straight towards your belly button, and into your sit bone.

Observe the micro movements of your body as your muscles and ligaments slowly readjust themselves into their optimal position.

Be thankful for the Awareness your mind is investing. Watch the breaths flow, and accept being relaxed.

Accept feeling content.

Accept it with gratitude
—sigh out.

Let it go.

What is of yesterday is not of tomorrow. What happens next is in the actions that you currently take. Be strong humankind, be gentle; it takes time to learn, to grow, to evolve.

It takes lots of effort. And we are all welcomed to try.

What happens when we all try ways to relax and thrive amidst coronavirus together?

What happens when the entire human machine all focuses, together, on one thought: we can get through this.

We can surpass this.

We can overcome this in triumph because we’ve conquered the mind—the last horizon left to conquer in this world.

Once we extend our mental capacities and learn to manage emotional intelligence we can do wonders; even more magical than plane, cars, microwaves, and iPhones.

But are we ready to embrace all of that? Are we ready to own up to: where our attention flows, our bodies follow.

Cognition is what makes us “better” than animals. Yet cognition is what’s gotten us in trouble over and over again.

Whomever thought up the atomic bomb was like: hmm…extraordinary power, with the possibility to wipe out the human-species…I’ll take it!

Hitler was the same way. So are all the mad-scientist that cultivate diseases in labs. Or the people that harm animals unnecessarily.

We don’t even need to eat that much protein. Have you realized that?

We never say “take our word for it” no, we urge you to: research, learn, and practice for your SELF.

Let’s just get back to better than before coronavirus.

We are all getting adequate time to rest; let this time be of rest. Surrender to the greater good.

When you realize that you’ve lost consciousness and gotten stuck inside the monkey chatter about coronavirus, practice breathing.

Take seven breaths each time you regain consciousness. Easily observe as your nasal airways expand; see how they effortlessly allow air in. They effortlessly draw the breath into your lungs (effortlessly expanding them to their fullest vertical capacity).

Feel as the breath easily travels into your nose, behind your throat, past your heart, straight towards your belly button, and into your sit bone.

Observe the micro movements of your body as your muscles and ligaments slowly readjusts themselves into their optimal position. Be thankful for the Awareness your mind is investing.

Watch the breaths flow. Accept being relaxed. Accept feeling content. Accept it with gratitude—sigh out. Let everything go.

What is of yesterday is not of tomorrow. What happens next is in the actions that you currently take. Be strong humankind, be gentle; it takes time to learn, to grow, to evolve. It takes lots of effort.

Thanks to covid-19, we are all urged to try.

Let’s nurture a thriving world. Share this message with your community.

chapter 10—can this prolonged covid-19 isolation be useful?

deydreaming cloud thought

It’s Sunday. April 5, 2020.

In the West, the Pacific Northwest to be exact, people are being forced to stay home until about May 4, or 5, or TBD. This is a time of extreme isolation. Truthfully, for me, it’s been too long already…it’s getting to the point where getting forced to stay home totally sucks; however, maybe, if the constant noise pollution from the construction across my street diminished, I’d feel rather different.

And, also, there’s the part where some of me must have manifested it somehow…in someway. Or, it’s happening for a reason, some greater good. I hope that one of those is the reason, and at the same time, I know that bits of everything is. There is so much to the truth; like, there is so much to this Covid-19 worldwide pandemic.

Simply, Coronavirus is giving us a forced reset

There are things one cannot do while being home all day, yet there’s so much one can get done. There is so much that we all need to get done (as a species); the world sped up, way too fast, then about twenty years later, not many of us took the time to look around—to notice and observe what changed.

Covid-19 is forcing us to do it.

Has the internet and social media enhanced our lives? Be truthful. For me, it’s the former—the latter was, at times, quite painful, but the internet (overall) has been a ball. A gift that keeps on giving. Like, isn’t so wonderful how connected we all are despite being worlds away. Because of the magic of the Internet we are not alone when everyone is so alone. All of us are caught in uncertainty. None of us know what the outcomes holds. None of us know where this is all going. Yet, all of us have a part in the making of it.

Where we go after Coronavirus is up to all of us.

Wherever we focus on the road that we are taking is where we end up. Simple mechanics and explanation of the framework of the mind. You are the captain of your ship, you tell the mind where to go. Let the News co-captain, and have the News co-direct where you are going. Or, take the reigns to your own vessel, yourself. This is where we want to go: to a better future for all. Yes, that includes plants, and animals, and elements.

Planet Earth, we will take care of you, again, and all of your inhabitants. We will be vigilant in our cooperation with you Planet Earth, and each-other, thus no other pandemic will ever fall upon us.

Doesn’t that sound f@#%ing wonderful. And, isn’t ever so possible? We have the technology for everyone, let’s not kid ourselves: capitalism is dead. The way the wheels were turning wasn’t working. A new form is evolving.

Train your mind to see it. Refocus your mind to see the good in change. Let the humankind tribe THRIVE.

Let the coronavirus pandemic fulfill Souls.

Humankind needed this time to relax, to process how quickly everything got over the last twenty years—do you remember how slow the nineties were? Oh, that painful dial-up rhythm (it’s so loud in the back of my mind), it’s so prevalent because the nineties was less than a generation ago. It wasn’t that long ago when the world sped up. Minds collided, everything got smaller, yet most People didn’t take the time to see it. Now is the time for self-exploration.

Where do you want to go? That’s where our world will go. What is it that you are currently focusing on, and feeling with certainty? That’s where you are steering your ship. Overall, remember that nothing is certain but the PRESENT.

So, what is real for you right now? Focus on that, and focus on being f@#%ing grateful.

Finally, let’s get creative about where we are going after the coronavirus pandemic—let’s get someplace great.

Let’s nurture a thriving world. Share this message with your community.

chapter 9—bye corona

deydreaming cloud thought

It’s Friday.

Imagine life after Coronavirus, what will that be like? Relax your heart, relax your breathing, relax your thinking, and focus on one thing. That blissful feeling of no thoughts; just being.

observe: the world, it moves so slow.

It’s Friday, but there is no rush. No one is trying to get from point A to point B, we are all just learning to be comfortable with where we’re at. How to enjoy that?

How do we just enjoy our PRESENT? We listen. We hear with our innermost voice the rhythm of our own heartbeat. Do you heart that? It talks. It’s speaks. It has its own language. It’s own rhythm. We are always banging always.

covid—19 says, let’s harmonize

What kind of music are you playing? Could the scared-song be relabeled excitement? Could the scared-song be remade into a nourishing tune?

Humans have a great capacity to learn, to get better, and to evolve. It’s not just us saying it,  Jean-Luc Picard said it last night while we were binging on some Star Trek. Yes, it happens, sometimes we need escapism. But it’s important to stay in-tune with reality; the true reality: CoronaVirus is a thing we all manifested.

Every human wanted things to change; especially, here, in the west. We were all just tired of the same old tired news.

Something about some celebrity, oh, and more and more were committing suicide—it was becoming a trend. Let’s not forget school shootings, with the occasional mall and movie theater angry teenage out burst. There was also a couple of wars, maybe a handful; something about oil and religion. Where are you now, God; they all shout out.

Little did they know, it was all God-sent…

Creation is teaching its children: no more messing with It. Let’s get better at serving Nature, at serving each other. Fill the hole in your heart with what it truly wants: wholehearted altruism.

But don’t take our word for it; hear your heart tell you itself. Get really, really quiet. Focus on your breath, then focus on your heart beating, and listen to what it has to say; attentively. Just listen. Observe. Witness. And learn for yourself, from yourself.

Let’s nurture a thriving world. Share this message with your community.

The weather doesnt sway me Im going to go out wether its nice or not either way Im going to enjoy it

It’s Thursday.

Hear that? the silence. the rhythm of your heartbeat, the ebb and flow of your breath…

No brain noise here, no mind gremlins, not an ounce of monkey chatter, mitotes, head static, or incessant inner-talk…we are focused on ONE thing.

One thought.

One mantra.

One PHRASE.

THIS space.

Grow into it.

chapter 7—get creative with this whole thing

JOY TO YOU AND ME. Special picture from—and for— the Soul. Inspirational image for motivation, enjoy Self-Development. Remember to subscribe and realign your priorities with daily mindful CloudThoughts - cloud thoughts - from dey dreaming daydreaming - uplifting. inspirational, and motivational deydreaming blog - with a hint of meditation.

The entire world is focused on one thing. What happens when we all focus on one thing?

What happens when we give all of our Energy and Attention to just one focus?

It’s easy to focus on CoronaVirus, it’s easy to get swept down the down-whirl spiral.  But it is just as easy to come up. You get really, really, really quiet, and you just listen to your heart; you talk to it. You may tell it to calm down. Remind it that it’s okay. Or something like that. Then, you practice this again and again because the CoronaVirus scare is everywhere.

Has Covid-19 affected you personally? That’s a whole other level. But you still don’t need anyone’s somber vibes and thinking.

We ALL need to think creatively about this Pandemic.

That’s how we got here to begin with; someone thought that they could possibly get sick from an animal, and they did; the disease miraculously manifested and jumped from a furry little creature to a human being. Then we all collectively accepted this disease and turned it into a worldwide pandemic because everyone on the planet needed things to change. So things are changing.

Let’s focus on change for the better.

It’s so easy to get distracted with the news, I myself have gone on several down-whirl spirals since the whole thing started. I practice meditation, I go on walks, I read good things, and feed myself healthy images. I lead others on guided meditations and mindfulness practice, I write about looking at the brighter side, I wear inspirational clothing, and have inspirational decals and pillows, still, I went on a couple of sad-rants on Twitter. Still, I got stuck on a thought, and for a while there, I couldn’t even hear my own heart beating. It’s the original language of the Soul, we NEED to hear it!

Thanks to the Absher co. construction disturbance in my neighborhood that I was totally bitching about on Twitter—because it truly was causing me unbearable headaches—I mindfully decided to get creative with what I was feeling. I went on a long drive yesterday; thankfully, my drive included the view of hundreds of moss-filled trees stretching up towards the sun. I talked to them, I pleaded for their help; someone listened. By the end of my drive, I had a plan. I remembered the earplugs that I’ve been carrying around for the last decade. Meant for protecting my ears in the water, I always forget to wear them when I go swimming. But I’ve kept them, so this morning, I wore them. Gasp! They worked. Not only did they block-out the nonstop banging and drilling sounds being carried in through the walls from across the street, the earplugs reintroduced me to the sound of my own heartbeat. That little dude was scared. It had been watching too many news, and it was trying to warm me otherwise. It was trying to get my attention away from CoronaVirus.

But it’s hard not to watch the Covid-19 headlines. It’s hard not to feel sad for people that are losing their family members, jobs, and livelihoods. I want for things to get better after CoronaVirus, I want for things to get better NOW; while, at the same time, I understand that sometimes it takes drastic measures to get people to change, to truly evolve.

What is the next place for the human race?

Is it six-feet underground, or can we learn to work better together for the benefit of all? Let’s stop with the deep-pocket game, that game is tired. Wohoo, you have all the money to do what? Get more stuff? Stuff is not the way to fulfill the Soul. The Ego has transitory needs; most of the time, the Ego doesn’t even know what it truly wants: it just wants. The Soul is different. It’s urging us to get more connected. The change is here.

It’s time to move away from wanting. It’s time to tap into the feelings of things. Feel how much better it is to help each-other out. Feel how much better it is to give-forward and back. Feel the fulfillment of the Soul. What does that feel like? Feel your heartbeat, let it talk to you.

Feel how much better things can be, and we will get there. Get stuck on a good thought; otherwise, if you get stuck on a down-whirl spiral, things suck, and you don’t feel good. So listen to all the feelings, they are but Energy in motion. So actively guide your Emotions to feel better, get creative with your thinking, and the feelings you are fueling.

Go for a walk, go for a drive, get off Twitter. For the past two days, while I was mad Twitting, people either offered their support, or said that I should deal with it; no one got creative to help me out with the most simple answer: earplugs.

Pained from the constant rumbling, I couldn’t see past my own headache. I couldn’t get creative. I just needed a simple solution, I needed a kind voice of reason; thankfully, my drive and the trees offered that. Thankfully, I get to write about it now, and perhaps, help someone else who may be going through a similar experience.

Everyone is hurting nowadays, in one form or another, everyone is facing uncertainty. What is in the other side of CoronaVirus? Let’s start to feel all of the goodness that this Covid-19 pandemic can bring.

Let’s nurture a thriving world. Share this message with your community.
