chapter 11—how covid-19 affected CloudThoughts

It’s Monday. April 6, 2020.

We’re finding ways to relax amidst covid-19.

We all need to relax amidst this coronavirus world-wide pandemic. We all need to resonate at a thriving frequency, so we all need to stop focusing on survival. Stop watching the News.

There is no need to focus and waste our precious mental energy on what we cannot see: the truth is that coronavirus is way more prevalent in the news because of ratings. So many people feel the needed to stay “informed” about coronavirus, myself included, that News rating went up; the machine was fueled.

Now it’s so prevalent, so I still check the News. But doing so only shreds my positive frequency.

I care so much for others. I want everyone to be okay. Since you’re reading this, chances are, you probably want the same thing: for people to get better. For our world to get better.

A quick and simple way to launch us to better, is finding ways to relax amidst this coronavirus pandemic forced isolation period.

So, each time you realize that you’ve lost consciousness of the PRESENT moment, each time you catch yourself ruminating in what the possible future holds, practice breathing.

Just take seven breaths.

Just observe these breath.

…easily observe as your nasal airways expand. See how they effortlessly allow air in. See how they effortlessly draw the breath into your lungs (effortlessly expanding them to their fullest vertical capacity). Notice this.

Then feel as the breath easily travels into your nose, behind your throat, past your heart, straight towards your belly button, and into your sit bone.

Observe the micro movements of your body as your muscles and ligaments slowly readjust themselves into their optimal position.

Be thankful for the Awareness your mind is investing. Watch the breaths flow, and accept being relaxed.

Accept feeling content.

Accept it with gratitude
—sigh out.

Let it go.

What is of yesterday is not of tomorrow. What happens next is in the actions that you currently take. Be strong humankind, be gentle; it takes time to learn, to grow, to evolve.

It takes lots of effort. And we are all welcomed to try.

What happens when we all try ways to relax and thrive amidst coronavirus together?

What happens when the entire human machine all focuses, together, on one thought: we can get through this.

We can surpass this.

We can overcome this in triumph because we’ve conquered the mind—the last horizon left to conquer in this world.

Once we extend our mental capacities and learn to manage emotional intelligence we can do wonders; even more magical than plane, cars, microwaves, and iPhones.

But are we ready to embrace all of that? Are we ready to own up to: where our attention flows, our bodies follow.

Cognition is what makes us “better” than animals. Yet cognition is what’s gotten us in trouble over and over again.

Whomever thought up the atomic bomb was like: hmm…extraordinary power, with the possibility to wipe out the human-species…I’ll take it!

Hitler was the same way. So are all the mad-scientist that cultivate diseases in labs. Or the people that harm animals unnecessarily.

We don’t even need to eat that much protein. Have you realized that?

We never say “take our word for it” no, we urge you to: research, learn, and practice for your SELF.

Let’s just get back to better than before coronavirus.

We are all getting adequate time to rest; let this time be of rest. Surrender to the greater good.

When you realize that you’ve lost consciousness and gotten stuck inside the monkey chatter about coronavirus, practice breathing.

Take seven breaths each time you regain consciousness. Easily observe as your nasal airways expand; see how they effortlessly allow air in. They effortlessly draw the breath into your lungs (effortlessly expanding them to their fullest vertical capacity).

Feel as the breath easily travels into your nose, behind your throat, past your heart, straight towards your belly button, and into your sit bone.

Observe the micro movements of your body as your muscles and ligaments slowly readjusts themselves into their optimal position. Be thankful for the Awareness your mind is investing.

Watch the breaths flow. Accept being relaxed. Accept feeling content. Accept it with gratitude—sigh out. Let everything go.

What is of yesterday is not of tomorrow. What happens next is in the actions that you currently take. Be strong humankind, be gentle; it takes time to learn, to grow, to evolve. It takes lots of effort.

Thanks to covid-19, we are all urged to try.

Let’s nurture a thriving world. Share this message with your community.
