This is this weekend’s reminder to live in the PRESENT, to enjoy life as much as possible, to be grateful for everything.

Because 1708 was a long time ago, it’s 2020 now, we really don’t have to struggle to survive anymore.

So…how do we thrive?

Perhaps emotions are key in the next step of human evolution. Perhaps mindfulness and breath awareness are tools we must use to help propel the energy of our thoughts to create more efficient motion with our feelings..

Thank you God—Universe, Source—I get to try again. This time braver, stronger, wiser. This time with my heart opened up to your blessings; love and joy.

Thank you for everything. I am grateful for my life and everybody (plant, being and thing) around me. Thank you for all that you make. Thank you for all that you give me.

Thunderstorms have a way of electrifying my being, snowstorms heal it. Raindrops revitalize, and sunshine is always welcomed—if it gets too hot I just slip under the shade, so thank you for the abundance of tree canopies that you send to shelter me. Thank you for my actual shelter, my wonderful home,  filled with everything I truly need: YOU. Thank you God you fill my being. Thank you for always being with me. All is well. All is very well. Thank you lots and lots!

Soooooo, remember that Life is not forever, the minutes are ticking slow, but the years still go by. Time changes everything, the leaves fall down, the trees go bare, the scenery changes. Let go of heavy weight that you’ve been holding onto from the past. Stop stretching for a future that doesn’t exist, but only in your head. FOLLOW YOUR HEART. That Inner Knowing that’s been steadily leading you all of your life. TRUST THAT and know when it is talking to you. What does It feel like? What does I, I am, It, We, Us, You, Me feel like when completely at ease? Remember children at play. Remember being a child yourself.
