A lot of awareness to the inner chatter that talks incessantly throughout the day.
What do they want to say anyways?
Listen to the chatter, observe, be grateful that your consciousness exist. And everything around you; you help create it. Appreciate what you create, appreciate what you want more of—memorize gratitude.
Be content with that you have; appreciate, appreciate appreciate.
Love yourself most of all (every little cell in your body, everything about you). Appreciate. Appreciate. Appreciate. And, enjoy!

Thunderstorms have a way of electrifying my being, snowstorms heal it. Raindrops revitalize, and sunshine is always welcomed—if it gets too hot I just slip under the shade, so thank you for the abundance of tree canopies that you send to shelter me. Thank you for my actual shelter, my wonderful home, filled with everything I truly need: YOU. Thank you God you fill my being. Thank you for always being with me. All is well. All is very well.
