This is Tuesday’s reminder to live in the PRESENT, to enjoy life as much as possible, to be grateful for everything.
Because 2002 was a long time ago, it’s 2019 now; we don’t need to struggle to survive anymore.
So…what’s next, how do we thrive?
Perhaps emotions are key in the next step of human evolution. Perhaps mindfulness and breath awareness are tools we must use to help propel the energy of our thoughts to create more efficient motion with our feelings..

Thank you, you give me more than I can dream.
I can breathe easy. I am relaxed. I no longer struggle or commit self-harm, I just do me. I let the ideas inside my head (heart) flow and manifest. The head is different from the heart. My heart is at ease. I am what I am. I can just be. I can just watch, just observe, just see. I feel it in my heart, I feel it in my bones; all is happening in accordance to the ultimate Divine Plan. Thank you Universe.
