these are just three of the ones I use:
1) Conscious THOUGHT GUIDANCE -once I become aware when my Saboteur is talking.
2) MEDITATION.
3) and, WRITING I guess a form of “timeline writing” helps me pinpoint where the Original Wound was implanted…
Just a few of the methods I’m incorporating to finally BREAK my self-imposed (through early programming) Glass Ceiling. To break out of the cycle.
