This is a daily reminder to live in the Present, to enjoy life as much as possible, to be grateful for everything.
Because it’s not 1987 anymore, it’s 2019. Today’s a new Thursday, and we are not struggling to survive any longer.
So, how do we thrive?
Perhaps emotions are the next step in evolution. Perhaps it starts with being mindful of our thoughts.
Where do I go when I’m alone..
I hear the silence. The ebb and flow of my breath. Blood pulsing through my veins. The rhythm of my heart.
My brain static is in harmony; there are no mind-gremlins here. Not an ounce of monkey-chatter, mitotes, or incessant inner-talk…I am are here, in my Present.
Focused on ONE thing.
One thought.
One mantra.
One moment.
It’s not yesterday anymore, enjoy today.
Appreciate the world around (the world we continuously co-create) and if you don’t like something about it stop complaining and do something about it. Always be kind with yourself, plants, animals, and others. Have fun, be light-hearted and enjoy your Present.
